Between Alameda and 38th (PDX Stairs)
There are over 140 staircases in the Portland area designed to provided faster pedestrian travel between neighborhoods, to shopping and restaurants, and simply just traversing the hilly terrain.
This location is part of the system of Portland stairs along the Alameda ridge. Use this to go between Alameda, not far from restaurants and shopping on Fremont, and 38th.

- Street parking is available on both side of these stairs
- The door is located halfway up the stairway
